Everything was top notch from the moment the door was opened for us and we were greeted at the Ambrosia entrance by a nice young lady like we had been there 100 times. Below is our experience in some detail: The Service - classy, professional, thoughtful and friendly (not stuffy like some "elegant" restaurants). The Food and Drinks - Excellent! I had the signature filet which was one of the best I've ever had (and I've had my share), the mac and cheese was tasty (a little different as it tasted like it had garlic bread crumbs on top which was delicious, but as stated, different), my wife had the scallops and risotto and the scallops were cooked to perfection (they could have had a bit more seasoning/flavor and my wife did find a couple small pieces of shell in a couple bites which was a bit off-putting) while the risotto was fabulous. We had a bottle of wine with our meal and I also had a Foster Old Fashion which adds a banana twist on an old fashioned which I thoroughly enjoyed after my entree. Lastly we had the skillet cookie which was too die for... Warm and delicious on a cold night! To summarize, we had a wonderful night at Ambrosia and we will go back soon for our next date night/special occasion.

We had the best dining experience in the Rosemary Beach area here. Excellent service, excellent ambiance, and spectacular food! The meal was over $100+ per person but we thought it was good “value” - we did the whole course: drinks, apps, mains, side, dessert, it certainly could be a lot worse at a fine dining restaurant. The seating was the highlight here, they have circular couch seating very inductive of date nights. Great for large parties also. Wagyu Zabuton was the highlight, it’s an 8 oz steak and not as small as the description makes it sounds. Snake River Farms is always a winner.
Been dining here regularly for almost 2 years now! Always a calm low-light and welcoming atmosphere. Outstanding service by our favorite waiter, Greyson! He’s a true local and always a pleasure to see. I would recommend requesting him! My wife and I are obsessed with the Lobster Bisque and Ceviche. Steak lovers will appreciate the Ribeye with some pineapple rolls on the side. We love the cocktail menu too!
This restaurant is perfection! The service, the food, and the overall experience is incredible! I ordered the Tomahawk Pork-Chop and my guest the Chicken Breast. Juicy, flavorful, and delicious. The pineapple bread for the table was also buttery and savory. It was me and my partner’s anniversary so we received free delicious dessert as well. I can’t think of one negative comment about this. Please try it out!
This was an absolutely exquisite — albeit expensive! — family outing during our trip to Seaside, FL. I encountered the restaraunt via Google Maps before stumbling across a YouTube video posted a few years ago by the chef showing him walking through the recipe of the seared Red Snapper with coconut rice dish. It was every bit as delicious as I anticipated it might be. Equally captivating were the prime filets, of which several were ordered at our table. Cooked perfectly to everyone's specifications. The oysters were small, but delicious. We ordered a "bacon rack" ($30-something!), which featured different bacons ranging from Applewood to candied to chocolate-coated (!!). Finally, desserts were to die for — most notably, the chocolate lava cake, which also includes vanilla gelato atop a pecan cinnamon crisp that was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was also terrific. We were serviced by Alvarol and (I believe) Amanda. Service was readily available, present, and attentive. They were able to quickly answer all questions we had about food, including our son's peanut allergy, which was no problem whatsoever. We would absolutely return for another meal!
First time visiting this restaurant and can honestly say it was amazing. From the moment we walked in until we left the staff was welcoming with all smiles. The steaks we had was very flavorful, the meal overall was prepared extremely well, hats off to the chef. Our server (Tommy) made the experience even better. Will for sure visit again, was well worth the 60min drive.
Excellent place if you are a foodie. The food was out of this world. We wanted the ribeye which sadly they didn't have but we went for the NY Strip, with the Tater Tots and Carrots. We also had the taste of 30a, three small seafood plates. Grouper, Flounder and Red Snapper which were all great, especially the Flounder. Steak arrived a ordered - medium rare and we well seasoned. Their version of A1 steak sauce was excellent. Carrots were also a stand out - need to replicate those at home! The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. The service was very friendly and attentive. We are locals and we would totally eat here again! Thank You!
Great dining experience! Our server was Addie and she was phenomenal, truly went above and beyond. The food was excellent. We had the steak rolls, which were delicious, the ribeye, loaded mashed potatoes, and taste of 30A. It was all cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I wish we lived closer so we could go back!
